Bringing the Singtel Carnival Night Event at Joyden Hall Singapore to Life
When Singtel approached us to design their carnival-themed celebration, our team at Partypeople immediately set out to create an atmosphere that balanced corporate elegance with playful carnival charm. Joyden Hall, with its spacious and versatile layout, provided the perfect canvas for an immersive event experience. We curated a colourful palette of reds, yellows, and blues, complemented by vintage-inspired carnival booths, marquee lights, and themed signage that instantly transported guests into a lively fairground setting the moment they walked in.
A standout feature of the night was our custom-designed entrance arch and photo backdrop, crafted with vibrant Balloon Decorations that set the tone for the entire venue. Guests were greeted by stilt walkers, magicians, and roving carnival performers, while classic game stalls like ring toss, basketball shootout, and can knockdown drew enthusiastic crowds throughout the evening. Our popcorn, candy floss, and churro live stations added authentic carnival flavours, ensuring guests had plenty to snack on between activities. Every element was strategically placed to encourage interaction, mingling, and photo-worthy moments that kept the energy high from start to finish.
Behind the scenes, our event coordinators worked closely with Singtel’s team to ensure smooth transitions between the welcome reception, awards segment, and entertainment programme. From sound and lighting to staffing and logistics, every detail was meticulously managed so the client could focus on celebrating with their guests.
