Most outdoor spaces can be suitable for a movie screening, including backyards, parks, rooftops, or even parking lots. However, we recommend a relatively flat surface and a clear view of the screen.
While we can’t control the weather, but we can provide some tips. For light rain, a canopy or tarp can be used to protect the equipment. For heavy rain or thunderstorms, it’s best to postpone the screening. Additional charge applies for postponing the event.
2 to 4 weeks in advance. It’s best to book your movie screen rental well in advance, especially during peak seasons. This will ensure availability and allow us to plan accordingly.
