FAQ
Can we order takeways to eat at venue or have a buffet catering? We do not do any food caterings at the moment. We do allow buffet caterings and dessert table to be held at the arcade warehouse, as long as no open fire is at the venue 🙂 Alcoholic drinks is also okay at the venue. Should you have more than 40pax (approx perhaps 10 more), you may wish to place the buffet outdoors and we have 2 private parking lots whereby you can turn them into seating areas so you have an outdoor and indoor seating area for your guests. Where can we park our car? You can utilise our 2 private carpark lots, or alternatively, to park at lvl 7 or ground floor which has more parking lots Do i need to clear my F&B and Decorations at the Venue? As we have revised our pricing to exclude any mandatory cleaning fees, all guests of arcade warehouse will have to clear their own leftover food, drinks, decorations etc and to be returned to us in its original state. Failure to do so there will be an additional charge of $80 for cleaning fees How many stools do you have? We have approx 22 stools at the venue, as well as a L-Shaped Sofa for your guests to lounge on. Should you require more stools, we do have approx 16 more stools available, available upon request What if there is a technical fault for the machine during rental? In case that happens, you may contact our staff and we will guide you through on how to rectify the fault to our best ability. Should any of our technician be nearby, we can go in to help to fix as well but it might take at least 1 hour time to fix it, depending on the severity of the fault. Do take note that there will not be any refunds should this happens as we are charging based on the event space only not by per machine basis as machines are complimentary together with the rental of the venue Please also note: Please also take care of our machines as these are vintage, original machines and it is very rare to source nowadays.
